Violaine Bailleul Graduated in Economics and Cultural Project Management (Nanterre, France), she has 23 years of experience in performing arts administration. She has worked for Africolor music festival (Paris), Animasur (Granada) and LOST Theatre (London). In 2013, she began her collaboration with performing arts charity Shapeshifter Productions (London) and, at the same time, founded her agency Whirligig Arts Management, organising international tours for Vaivén Circo, DA.TE Danza and Théâtre de La Toupine. In 2021, she co-founded the cooperative Ínsula Cultural in Granada, taking care of its international development and managing the tours outside Spain for circus and street theatre companies like Vaivén Circo, Lanördika and Zen del Sur.
