Community Engagement and Volunteer Coordinator
Out There Arts are recruiting a Community Engagement and Volunteer Coordinator as part of the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) Ice House Project. The role is to help coordinate and deliver the outlined NLHF engagement activities. They will be the main point of contact for volunteers; managing the ongoing recruitment, support and coordination of a team of project volunteers.
Salary: £27k per annum pro-rata
Contract: Fixed term contract for 24 months December 2023 – December 2025
Hours: 2.5 days per week. (18.75 hours total)
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum + bank holidays pro-rated

We are looking to recruit festival hosts with experience in bar work, retail and other public facing aspects of the event.
What are we looking for?
We offer a variety of services to events such as bar work, retail, audience management, waste management, stewarding or cleaning provisions, therefore seeking people with an understanding of events systems, interest in events and festivals, to be able to work well in a team and reliable.
