Out There Arts National centre for outdoor arts and circus

Open Air focuses on the international exchange of world-class, participatory, and inclusive outdoor arts. In 2025, Out There Arts hosted the first ever ‘Fresh’ gathering, marking a major milestone for the UK sector.

Taking place at the Out There International Festival of Outdoor Arts & Circus, from 28 - 31st May 2025, Fresh served as a launchpad for a three-year programme featuring international and UK showcases, reciprocal European partnerships, touring opportunities and a professional network for artists and promoters. The programme will also support the promotion, distribution, and growth of outdoor arts across borders.

Webinar #1 - International Touring

In this first edition of Out There Arts’ webinar series, Violaine Bailleul explores what internationalisation means and how to implement it for your circus or outdoor arts project. For artists and producers, we’ll pinpoint key pathways to increase your profile abroad and successfully engage with promoters and programmers outside the UK.

Webinar #2 - An Introduction to Environmental Reporting

A beginner-friendly webinar is designed for creative organisations looking to understand the basics of climate change, its impacts on the cultural sector, and how to take action. The webinar will also cover a demonstration of the Julie’s Bicycle CC Tools.
