A free programme for young people aged 11-18 (up to 25 for those with SEND) which encourages participation in culture and creativity through doing making and creating.
Join us for a special edition of Stomping Ground!, where we will go on a site visit to the Winter Gardens. We will then return to the Drill House for a Flag Design Workshop.
Come down to the Drill House for 1pm to set off on the tour with us. If you arrive late, don't worry, there will be a sign at the Drill House as to where we are. We won't be more than 10 mins walk away.

Flag Design Workshop
Help contribute to the Beach of Dream national artwork of hundreds of individually designed silk pennants made in collaboration with Kinetika – culminating in an en masse display at Out There Festival 2025. Join us for a whistle-stop tour of Great Yarmouth’s seafront including a visit inside the Winter Gardens, along the way you will work with the Beach of Dreams Digital Artist and Writer capturing stories through photography and creative writing. Using your images and text as inspiration for your unique silk pennants to you will create line drawings, tracings patterns, textures and other marks to form an abstract design representing your location and story.
