A free summer programme for young people aged 11-18 (up to 25 for those with SEND) which encourages participation in culture and creativity through doing making and creating.
Come down to the Drill House to hang out and get involved in activities in the cafe (building to left of the Drill House) and St George's Park (weather permitting). Meet at the Drill House and someone can direct you where to go.
There will be creative workshops, games, sports, circus, crafts and more - so there will be something for everyone. If you would rather bring your own thing to do or just chill with your friends, that is totally fine too.
No need to book - just turn up!

Interactive Sound Workshop
Get hands-on with creative technologies to make your own noisy interactive artwork!
This workshop will introduce you to the exciting possibilities of creative technologies and offer you the chance to explore unusual and imaginative ways to make music together. We will explore the sonic world around us and create sculptures and collages responding to it using a mix of craft and conductive materials. These creations will be brought to life by adding voices and sounds using electronics. By the end of the workshop you will have created your very own interactive, noisy artwork!

Making Poetry Friends
Join performer and writer Lewis Buxton for drop in sessions where we make fun, friends and poems. You'll learn performance and storytelling skills that will boost confidence and creativity.
