Award-winning poet offers a free writing workshop for those who wish to write about their experiences around adoption, fostering and the care system. Open to carers as well as those who have been looked after, Luke will give you the tools to write about your experiences. Luke is currently writing about his own adoption. The process of writing can give you a much greater insight into your own experiences, help you understand them better and perhaps even give a better sense of ownership of the more complex and emotional elements of your life.
This workshop is a safe space and no will be expected to read aloud or share if they don’t feel comfortable doing so.
