Trading Hours and Security
The dates for the festival this year are Thursday 29th -31st May . Trading dates and times for concessions are:
Thursday 29th May - 12pm - 11pm (May vary upon location)
Friday 30th May - 12pm - 11pm
Saturday 31st May - 12pm - 11pm
The festival will have 24hrs security.
Environmental Responsibility
Out There Arts is committed to minimising our environmental impact. We recognise we are facing a global climate emergency; we are putting measures in place, which we will monitor on a regular basis, to help us make sustainable environmental improvements across all aspects of our organisation and the events we deliver, including the concessions we work with to feed our audiences, crews and artists. That is why we’re rethinking how we bring food and drink vendors on board with us for Out There Festival 2025 and beyond.
Arts & Crafts Trader
We’re looking for arts & craft traders who are locally based, specialise in handmade crafts, stand out from the crowd, and fit in with the ethos of Out There.
