A not-for-profit social enterprise that teaches the unique Afro Brazilian cultural art form of Capoeira - A mixture of dance, music, singing, acrobatics and martial arts. Their aim is to provide support and offer opportunities to, but not exclusively for, disadvantaged and marginalised groups of people enabling them to build and strengthen a sense of community, inclusion and self esteem as well as physical and mental wellbeing.
