Joe is Chief Executive for Out There Arts and Artistic Director of the Out There International Festival of Circus & Street Arts.
He is responsible for overall organisational development, seeking out exciting and innovative new opportunities and building new relationships for Out There on a local, national and international basis.
Aside from building partnerships and identifying funding opportunities to ensure the organisation’s rapid growth, Joe scours the international festival circuit to identify dynamic new companies for Out There Arts and the Out There Festival to work with.
Veronica is responsible for the overall project and programme delivery for Out There Arts and heads up the organisation of the Out There International Festival of Circus & Street Arts.
Her work sees her regularly visiting festivals and partners around the UK and abroad. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth production and delivery of a diverse and dynamic programme in both Great Yarmouth and at a growing number other Out There organised events around the UK.
Veronica is also responsible for managing and developing Coasters, a three year project that brings world-class circus and street arts work to coastal towns across England.
She has over 18 years” experience working in the world of circus and street arts and expertise in developing strategic partnerships and audience development through working dynamically with communities.
Always one to keep busy, in her spare time she runs a voluntary community arts festival in Brighton & Hove, creates site-specific theatre as one half of InSite Arts and DJ”s music from the 50”s – 70”s at clubs around the country.
Emily is responsible for income-generating opportunities within existing areas of operations and events and developing the approach to new business development activity going forward.
Emily also works towards developing relationships within the local and regional businesses, including the tourism sector.
She is the first point of contact should you wish to work with the Out There team to produce fundraising events and activities in and around the Drill House and the borough of Great Yarmouth.
Emily also heads up all Out There’s marketing and communications activity, delivering strategic planning and output for projects, core programming and event activity.
She oversees the marketing of the annual Out There Festival as well as communications with partners and stakeholders.
Emily is also a proper potter. Whenever she finds the time, she’ll fire up a kiln and relaxes with some ceramic creations.
